The Completion Process

The Completion Process is a dynamic guided meditation that involves going deep into your memory to retrieve the long-lost parts that have been forgotten in your past. This happens due to trauma, usually in childhood. It involves going deep into your emotions. I will be the one facilitating, but you have full control the whole time. The process can yield great awareness for the client. Once the fragments have been returned to the receiver's consciousness, great healing occurs. Please only undergo this process if you are serious about wanting to heal, and willing to make changes in your life to compensate for the re-unification of your personal truth. This is very powerful and has changed many lives for the better. To find out more, please visit www.completionprocess.com.

Somatic Release Breathwork (Saturday, Jan. 27th)

(EST, UTC-05) (EST, UTC-05)

Zoom

Welcome to the wonderful world of Somatic Release Breathwork! What you need to know: ~SRBW helps to release stored emotions and memory in the body. ~You will need to lie down in a comfortable place, undisturbed, and dedicate 1-1.5 hours of being present with yourself. ~During the breathwork eyes closed, no talking to others, but feel free to talk to yourself, cry, scream, yell, laugh as much as you want. This is an internal journey by you, facilitated by me. The sounds and emotions being made by you may help others feel comfortable releasing as well, so if you are called to make sound, please do so. This is about letting go, not holding in. ~I will be present the whole time and need to be able to see you on camera to ensure your breathing technique is good and give encouragement/validation. You can mute yourself if you want but seeing you is an important part of the connection/healing. ~Earbuds/headphones, or a good speaker helps add to the experience. The music is a second facilitator. ~Do not begin on a full stomach. You can bring a water bottle, and eat as much as you want AFTER the session. ~This type of breathwork is challenging to the body, in a good way. It is much like a workout, but not for certain individuals with specific health concerns like heart disease or seizure disorders. Please read the health waiver at the following link, sign it, and email back to me if you have never done a breathwork session with me before.

Do you know that you are holding trauma inside your body? Everyone endures trauma at some point in their lives. Trauma is created when change happens too quickly for you to process, so it gets stuffed down and causes health and relationship problems. Somatic Release Breathwork is a simple breathing technique done in a group setting to help you release this trauma so that you may go on with your life more relieved and fulfilled.

The wonderful thing about breathwork as a healing tool is that the only agenda given is the agenda of your own breath. It is a doorway to self discovery and exponential healing that my clients have put their trust in numerous times. Read testimonies here.

A powerful HEALING modality, SRBW uses simple breathing techniques in order to help the breath sweep away trauma that is stored inside the body. As a trained facilitator under the study of Steven Jaggers, the founder of SRBW, I was inspired by the evidence-based finding seen in my clients that was backed by wonderful JOURNAL ARTICLES on Somatic Release. Clients would state that they felt more open, more connected, and physical relief after a breathwork session.

The process involves lying flat on a yoga mat or blanket, breathing deeply, and following my instructions during breath holds. The session will take 1.5-2 hours, but you will be breathing deeply for approximately 1-hour. It is best to practice this modality not on a full stomach, but you can eat whatever you want afterwards. Drink plenty of water, and allow yourself rest.

Participants in the Ceremony must be in good physical health to participate. See waiver for guidance on this. Participating in the session signifies agreement to the following waiver.

Women's Circle (free)

McGee Park, Concord

You are not meant to do it alone. As women, we are meant to gather and share with one another. Not only share the burden that women undoubtedly have to carry through this world, but also the joy of life. When we do this together, it feels less like a burden. When we gather and talk, we feel relieved that we are not alone. Please join me for our Women's circle, where we will discuss and share with one another.

This month's theme is Feminine Power. We will be sharing readings and stories about what Feminine Power is to each of us, what it means to hold it, how we can hold it responsibly, and how we can apply it to our lives to better our relationships with the people we care about. If you have any books, stories, or poems related to this, or anything else you wish to share, please bring it.

This is a free event, but donations welcome.

We will be meeting at the park shelter at McGhee Park in Concord on Corban Ave.

See you there!
