In an effort for more consistency and structure (think Earth energy), I am holding the online monthly breathworks on the last Saturday of the month at noon. Earth energy gives us all a grounded landing place. You can still sign up by emailing me at TrueHeartBreathwork@gmail.com. See you there!

True Heart Breathwork is pleased to announce that in the coming month of March, we will be returning to In-Person format of Somatic Release Breathwork. Venues will be held in Charlotte, NC area as of now. If further interests is shown, we may begin planning in other cities or states, but this is where we will begin as for now. Stay tuned for further details.
