If this is your first time attending a breathwork class with me, please make sure you sign the health waiver (see link below) and email back to trueheartbreathwork@gmail.com.
Description of the breathwork: 1. Have a quiet, private place to lay down 2. Earbuds/headphones 3. Pillow if you want 4. Lots of water to drink 5. Space in your day to relax for the remainder of the day 6. Do not start breathwork on a full stomach but plan to eat afterwards
